The all-inclusive dining was diverse and delicious. The themed dinners each night were a nice touch. The hotel has beautiful pools with bars and direct access to a clean beach. The loungers were comfortable and well-maintained.The hotel offered plenty of activities, including a gym and entertaining evening shows. all-inclusive stay is definitely worth the money.

The hotel was welcoming, friendly & offered a variety of entertainment on site. Lots of areas to sit, relax & enjoy the beach & pools. A variety of cocktails offered each day which was delicious & certainly didn’t spare the alcohol! Food - offered different foods within the restaurants which were tasty & didn’t disappoint. So much food you would not go hungry. Housekeeping - what a job they do always ensuring our room was clean & we were satisfied with everything. Staff were always smiling & very pleasant. Even added some lovely little touches by leaving some towel display which were beautiful.

Lots of pools and activities to keep the children entertained. A good selection of food at all meals, all tasty and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful, in all areas of the hotel.

First of all, very friendly staff. Helped us with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was good, we liked very much the desserts, especially the brownies and carrot cake. The beach is big and always had free space, also the pools. Our baby liked very much the kid’s pool. We also liked that the hotel is located outside the town, and is much more peaceful. We also liked that the hotel security was there every time, so drunk people wouldn’t bother anyone.

Clean and spacious rooms. Delicious food both in main restaurant and other restaurants (this is RIU’s strong side). Good service. Also happy to see that such nice Managers like Maria work at RIU. She helped us to resolve our not quite straightforward problem. I think that presence of such members in the team makes RIU different from other hotels and forms strong desire to return and return!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and baby friendly. The water park is awesome for kids and adults. There are so many options in the hotel that you don't miss anything and will not get bored. The food in the main restaurant is diverse, some of the dishes are very good and some are not. The breakfast is very good, as are the thematic restaurants (lebanese, italian, asian). Our baby could not eat dairy products but the staff prepared pasta and steamed vegetables without butter especially for her, so we were very happy. The hotel provides money exchange and taxi services (90 AED for a ride to the Dubai Mall). It is 30 min away by car from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which is really practical for a short trip.
